The prevalence of toileting problems in children and adolescents with an Autism Spectrum Disorder
Please read below information regarding research that parents may wish to participate in – Kady Francis, a Psychology student from the National University of Galway is conducting a research study into the prevalence of toileting problems in children and adolescents with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Kady is looking to recruit parents of children with ASD aged between 4 to 17 years. Participation requires completing questionnaires. Questionnaires will be available in hardcopy and via email.

Examining family experiences of siblings of those diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder
Please read below information regarding research that parents may wish to participate in – Rachel Conlon, Orla Connolly, Holly Hanlon, Roisin O’Dwyer and Nicola Taylor, psychology students from Trinity College are conducting a research project examining family experiences of siblings of those diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. They are looking for people who have a sibling with a diagnosis of ASD to take part in the study which will take place in Trinity College. The session will last approximately 45 minutes, in which participants will be asked to fill out 2 questionnaires and take part in a 30 minutes interview. The interview will focus on the topics of family relationships, family life and support services.
