Autism Cards
The Irish Society for Autism provides Autism Cards which may be of assistance.
These cards aim to provide information to members of the public if needed, and in addition the Autism Alert Card allows for emergency contact details to be noted, should a child/person with Autism become separated from their families or care giver.
If you are requesting one of our Autism Cards, please specify which card you would like and your postal address.

Covid-19 Face Mask Card
Some Autistic people may be unable or find it difficult to wear a face mask or covering. As per Government Guidelines, any person who has special needs and who may feel upset or very uncomfortable wearing a face covering, is not required to wear one. This card may be of assistance to some. To request a card, please contact us via our contact form or email us on admin@autism.ie. Please include a postal address.
Please note the Irish Society for Autism Face Mask Card does not automatically entitle the holder to an exemption from wearing a face covering/mask. Please refer directly to Government guidelines for further information.
These cards may be helpful for some and are available free of charge. We do not require membership or registration for these cards.
