Did We Get It Right? – Perspectives of Autistic Girls on Research Methods Used to Facilitate Their Voices

Carrie Grennan is a PhD student at DCU’s School of Inclusive and Special Education. Carrie is conducting a research study on the “Perspectives of Autistic Girls on Research Methods Used to Facilitate Their Voices”

Carrie, is looking for autistic girls to share their thoughts, feelings, opinions etc. around how autistic girls are involved in research and how researchers can improve based on what girls with autism have to say.
You can participate in this research if you are an autistic girl aged between 12 and 17 years old and would like to give your input into how your views are included in this research. You will be asked to meet with the researcher to learn how autistic girls are included in research and to come up with your own feedback on these methods and to meet once more with the researcher to discuss your own opinions and feedback.
