The Donegal Youth Service Targeted Youth Employability Support Initiative is now offering free places to young people who could benefit from guidance and training to help them take their next steps towards a fulfilling future.
This comprehensive co-designed programme is designed to empower participants by providing support in several key areas, including:
- Goal Setting: Assisting young people in identifying their aspirations and developing realistic pathways to achieve them.
- Skills Assessment: Helping individuals understand their existing soft skills and identify areas for development.
- CV Development: Providing guidance and support in creating effective and professional CVs.
- Finding the Right Career and Course: Offering information and advice on exploring various career options and relevant educational pathways.
- The Deciders Skills: Equipping young people with essential decision-making skills for their future.
