Disco Neurotico, a neurodivergent-led dance party and chill-out experience will take place at the Dublin Dance Festival, May 21st 2025!

This event is created by and for neurodivergent people, and is designed to be inclusive, safe, and fun—whether you’re in the mood to dance, doodle, game, or just relax in your own way.

The event takes place on Wednesday 21st May, between 7:30pm–11:30pm at the Project Arts Centre, Dublin.

What’s happening on the night:

  • Silent Disco with three music channels including local DJs SAZ and JWY
  • Optional guided warm-up from 7:30–8:15pm to ease you in
  • UV doodle wall for creative expression
  • Board games curated by NeuroGamers Ireland
  • Video games and crafts
  • Chill-out space to rest and recharge
  • Two sensory zones: Upstairs = high sensory (disco, lights, music). Downstairs = low sensory (games, quiet, rest spaces)
  • Wellness Officers on hand and a Recovery Room available
  • Opportunities to meet new people – or enjoy quietly in your own way
