Exploration of Lived Experiences of Women with a Late Diagnosis of ASD

Please read the below information regarding research that you may wish to participate in:

Janet McManus is a student at the University of Derby MSc Psychology Programme and is conducting an interview based study on women who have received a diagnosis of Autism aged 30 years old and over.  The study is being supervised by Dr Caroline Jordan.

You are invited to participate in this study if you:

  1. Identify as female and be biologically female at birth.
  2. Be aged 30 years and above
  3. Have received a diagnosis of Autism over the age of 30 years old

Taking part in the study will involve an online interview which may last up to 40 minutes.  The online interview will take place on Microsoft Teams at a time that is convenient for you.  Your participation will remain confidential  and anonymous and is completely voluntary, there is no obligation to participate.  You may withdraw from the research during and for two weeks after participation.
